While grindr is an OK app, the current monthly membership fee is now at an insane price of $27.99 a month if paying monthly. The company (which is currently owned by a Chinese firm, but is being forced to sell by The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States) allows you to save 52% by purchasing 3 Months of membership upfront for $39.99 ($13.33/mo). They go on to offer 6 Months upfront for $66.99 ($11.16/mo) and a Yearly membership paid upfront for $99.99 ($8.33/mo). I'm not sure why one would pay this amount unless you're trying to fuck on a daily basis...

ReplyDeleteI'm not. I was kicked off permanently from the app for reporting someone who I liked (cute Asian with comment saying "I don't bite" in HIS profile) that sent me hateful comments abut my weight, age, etc.
After that, no way in the world I would PAY FOR an app ridden with such prejudiced people! I'm white but ageism is ALSO a "type" of prejudicy.
I complimented the guy and was called a "fat CUNT" and blocked. Not an app I'll spend money on. I'm 5'7" 175 LBS medium build. Not "fat" … FYI.
